CEO
Eli has been with Cortico since 2004 and
heads the company’s strategy, operations, marketing and sales. As
CEO Eli is responsible for developing the company's strategy,
and for implementing the strategy on a
day-to-day basis. Spearheading the company's
marketing and sales, Eli assesses market developments, devises
penetration strategies and forges business
alliances.
Eli has been involved in several entrepreneurial
initiatives, en route serving as Board Director in a
high-tech company. Eli also has vast experience in software
development, as he managed development teams
in various telecommunication companies, including
Terayon Communication Systems and Nortel Networks.
Eli possesses academic titles in both business
management and computer science, and is involved, pro-bono, in
several educational initiatives.

UDI BARKI
Director
Udi Barki has been Managing Director of Cortico for 10 years. In this capacity, Udi is
responsible for the company's strategic management, finances and business development.
Udi leads Cortico's management consulting operations and has also been involved in the
implementation of various restructuring programs at different companies, thereby
leveraging Cortico's experience and capabilities in realizing true turn-around situations
at client companies.
Udi previously Co-founded Channel Storm Ltd. - a high technology startup dealing in the
development of software for the processing, production and editing of real-time video.
Udi possesses academic titles in both Psychology and Biology (Tel Aviv University and
Hebrew University), with advanced studies in brain sciences, mathematics and economics.
Udi has also studied culinary arts.

ASSAF BARKI
Director of Operations
Assaf is in charge of managing the company's overall operations, from all technical and
manufacturing aspects. As a consultant and manager, Assaf deals in the installation of
plastics plants around the world, traveling to client sites to oversee the installation of
entire production plants.
Assaf studied in Italy and specialized at Realpress, a developer and producer of molds and
injection molding machines. Assaf also specializes in the hydraulics, electricity,
electronics and computing involved in the plastics industry.
Assaf possesses previous experience in the management of plastics plants, where he was
responsible for the production floor, for the purchase of raw materials, quality control
and employee training.
Assaf has studied electronics and culinary arts.

DAN BARKI
Technical Director
With over forty years of experience in the plastics sector, Dan Barki (66) brings a wealth
of know-how and experience to Cortico. Throughout his career, Dan acted as founder and
General Manager of several leading companies in the sector. Dan's various fields of
expertise encompassed the supply of technology, machinery, molds and various services to
the industry. In 1983, Dan founded Assaf Industries Ltd., an Israeli company dealing in
the production of masterbatch and compounds, that would later become Tosaf Ltd. - a
well-known player in the sector, whose shares are publicly traded.
In 1986, Dan moved to Italy where he continued to deal in the provision of technology and
machinery for the plastics industry. Dan collaborated with Realpress Srl in the production
of injection molding machines, special machine development, production plants and turn-key
project development.
As a specialized engineer (Politecnico di Milano), Dan possesses a specific specialization
in the integration between product development, economic production, technology and
systems.
